My Chalet consciously defies conventional ideas of design. My Chalet series contains a great deal of characteristics that serve to enhance your beach house experiences. With budget and land restrictions in mind, some of the main elements of this project are light, space, view, water and circulation. With maximum natural lighting, an indoor-outdoor feel and direct access to the beach, we strive to improve beach-front living functions.

The main highlights of this line are designed to ensure privacy from neighbors and beautiful landscapes, with water views visible from all areas from within the plot, which we believe are essential to the property type.
