La Serena’s challenge is designing 7 special terraces, each of them on a different level and boasting a unique, private view. A house pool in the backyard gives way to a garden welcoming its visitors. The sunlit interior of the villa evokes the feeling of absolute privacy behind solid compound walls. An essential part of this project, the multi-level garage for 10 cars grants easy access from the street.
